Private Flood Insurance Now Available!

We have all heard the stories where someone's flood insurance is going from $1000 to over $10,000, and before today there was nothing you could do about it.
-- If you live in a high risk flood zone (an A or V zone) and did not have your home built to the required elevation for that zone than you have probably had quite a bit of sticker shock when you received your last flood insurance renewal. There are a number of things changing this year as required by the Biggert-Waters act that have gone into effect earlier this year, and before today there was nothing anyone could do about it. Some have been forced to sell their houses other have been unable to sell because the new owner does not want to pay the new required flood insurance premium.

We are very happy to announce that we officially have an option to the National Flood Program. We are able to offer one of the First Private Flood Policies in the State of Florida. The benefits are:
-It offers the exact same coverage as the NFIP policy
-It does not require an elevation certificate (even in A and V zones)
-Age of the home is not required to determine premium
-Waiting period is only 7 days (3 weeks less than the national program)
-It is accepted by 99.9% of lenders

If you are one of the people that have had their flood insurance premium sky-rocket in the past year than you will certainly want to look into this brand new program.

It is currently only good for single family homes and 2-4 unit residential buildings.

No condos, mobile homes, or commercial property accepted in this program.
